You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Centennial Park, its parent and affiliate entities, and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, operational partners, and service providers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Governing Law; Class Action Waiver
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Utah without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
